Government agencies and private organizations have dedicated recent efforts to guiding you through these tough times. US Dept of Housing
This federal website provides a guide to avoiding foreclosure and a list of lending and housing counselors by state and region. In addition, you’ll find information here on buying and selling homes, FHA-insured loans, HOPE for Homeowners, and rental assistance for those who have already lost their homes.
